Trinity Sanctuary Choir, renowned in Frankfurt, delivers regular musical offerings, classical concerts, and appearances at significant events, upholding an excellent reputation. Trinity Sanctuary Ringers, Trinity’s 3-octave handbell choir, improves worship services with music six times a year, offering preludes, postludes, and accompaniments. They enrich hymns and choral anthems with handbell descants and accompaniments, also participating in the annual Advent Vespers Service at Alte Nikolai Kirche in Frankfurt. Workshops are held occasionally to refine ringing skills and introduce potential members to handbell choir participation, requiring no musical background or prior handbell experience.

The Trinity Praise Band, consisting of Trinity members, work together to organise quarterly contemporary services. They welcome vocals, piano/keyboard, drums, acoustic and electric guitars, and bass for their performances.

Lighthouse kids choir is a group of kids rehearsing for special worship services. The choir includes kids from all grades. Rehearsals typically occur Sundays during Sunday School.

Participation ensures preparedness for special services, encouraging a sense of commitment and engagement within the Trinity community.

Trinity International Concert Choir (TICC), under the direction of Michael Muche (michaelmuche@ticchoir.de), specialises in presenting classical concerts featuring large sacred choral works with professional orchestras and soloists. Founded by Jerrode Marsh, it comprises over 50 members from 18 nationalities, representing various local congregations and international organisations. TICC aims to foster intercultural understanding in the Rhein-Main region and promote musical collaboration among international churches.

Although affiliated with Trinity, TICC operates independently financially, relying on membership dues and sponsorship. Recognized by the City of Frankfurt, it receives regular support for its intercultural initiatives. Besides Handel's Messiah, TICC has performed works by various composers.
